How will the interviews be conducted and what will be talked about?

Real Estate Frame Interviews are meant to be informative.  They are not, necessarily news, rather the information that I will be sharing is meant to be just as valuable today as it will be 5 years from now.

I will be interviewing the brightest minds and most productive agents in the real estate industry today.  Never mind what I know about the subject, the kernels of wisdom they divvy are the true gems.

The interviews are impromptu and off the cuff.  I think they are more authentic that way..

My intention is to grow and learn and share only the very best insight into one of the most complex industries in the world.   I will not be able to do it alone.  I encourage and welcome feedback and critique.  Please contact me if you have any at all.

Aaron

What is realestateframe.com?

This short video (1:40) explains a bit about Real Estate Frame and its founder.

Real Estate Frame is a real estate information and software company.  Most of its content is shared to benefit agents, but those buying and selling property may appreciate it as well.

I’m keen to learn all there is to know about real estate ..then share it.  I have all kinds of my own ideas I intend to question, but please let me know if you have any as well.  You can contact me here.

The afore mentioned software is still under development.

I have been an agent in Los Angeles for the past 6 years, first with Sotheby’s International Realty and now with Coldwell Banker.  Both of my offices have been in Brentwood and I have worked all over the West Side.  Now, as my business has matured, I tend to work with clients near my own home in Venice.

It’s a wild ride, real estate, but it sure is fun. Thanks for joining me.

Stay close,

Aaron

What are the most important tools for a real estate agent?

I wonder sometimes, with the changing of technology and the way business gets done: What are the most important tools for an agent?  What tools do they need in order to competently and efficiently do their job?

My ideas -

  • Smart phone
  • gmail or google apps managed email/suite of tools
  • MLS membership
  • Transaction forms
  • Drip marketing resource to connect with sellers and buyers
What do you think?
